Overview

Rootly sought our expertise in rethinking their product UX/UI and establishing it as the leading Incident Management platform. With a host of new automation features in the web app, the goal was to make complex, highly customisable workflows clear and intuitive for a range of audience groups.

We partnered with Rootly to convert their powerful and complex development tool into an intuitive product for audience groups of varying tech maturity. The product UI was delivered with a robust design system and custom illustrations.

A warm and accessible palette to differentiate and engage. Purple was selected as the primary colour to avoid conflict with semantic status colours used heavily in the product.
